Being that for the most part, we represent builders, we then also represent the builders' preferred lenders. Most builders will have 1-3 preferred lenders that will agree to pay part of the closing costs for the buyer if utilized.

If for some reason a buyer would prefer to use their own lender that is fine as well but be aware that closing costs will not be paid for by the builders.

CNHO is in the process of creating lender partnerships as well, but until these alliances are available, we recommend using the builders' preferred lenders.
